5. Scope of Services and Project Engagement
The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms for any architecture, interior design, landscape, project consultation, project management, or construction project will be governed by a separate written agreement, work order, or contract signed between Shristi Studio Design and the client (“Project Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement shall prevail for matters relating to that specific project.
Typical matters covered under a Project Agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Detailed scope of services and deliverables
- Project timelines and milestones
- Professional fees, payment schedule, and applicable taxes
- Responsibilities of the client (approvals, site access, statutory clearances, timely payments)
- Change-order and revision policy
- Termination and cancellation terms
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our Services are responsible for providing accurate site information, timely approvals, access to the project site, and any statutory documents or permissions required for the project. Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, delayed payments, or restricted site access may affect project timelines, and Shristi Studio Design shall not be held liable for such delays.
7. Fees and Payments
Professional fees for our Services are outlined in the applicable quotation or Project Agreement and are payable as per the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in a pause of services until dues are cleared, as specified in the Project Agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise.
8. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors
Where a project involves third-party contractors, vendors, or material suppliers (whether appointed by us or by the client), Shristi Studio Design’s role and liability with respect to such third parties will be defined in the applicable Project Agreement. We exercise reasonable diligence in recommending and coordinating with vendors but do not guarantee the performance of independent third-party contractors beyond the scope explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shristi Studio Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or the provision of our Services, except as expressly agreed in a signed Project Agreement. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid by the client for that specific project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
