Ar. Sindhuja
Principal Architect | Founder
AR. Sindhuja founded Shristi Studio Design with one goal: to make thoughtful, people-centred design accessible to every client — not just a privileged few. With a background in architecture and a deep sensitivity to how people actually live, she leads every project from concept through to completion.
Her work spans residential homes, commercial interiors, and mixed-use spaces across India. She believes the best designs are those that age well — spaces that feel just as right in ten years as they do on handover day. Recognised as an Under 30 Rising Architect and Interior Designer of the Year 2025, she brings both creative vision and technical rigour to every brief.

Architect & Co-Founder
AR. Jayanth Shiyam co-founded Shristi Studio as the operational backbone of every project. Where others see complexity, he sees a sequence of solvable problems. His role is to ensure that the studio’s creative ambitions translate into real, deliverable outcomes — on time, on budget, and without compromise.
From coordinating structural consultants to managing contractor timelines, Jayanth keeps every project moving with clarity and precision. His hands-on approach means clients always know where their project stands — and what’s coming next. He specialises in commercial spaces and large-scale residential projects across India.
Mrs. S. Kalpana
Chairman & Managing Director
Mrs. S. Kalpana has been building businesses since 2008 — long before Shristi Studio existed. As Chairman and Managing Director, she brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to the studio’s strategic direction, client relationships, and operational foundations.
Her leadership is defined by two things: an unwavering commitment to quality, and a genuine belief that every client deserves to be heard. She ensures that Shristi Studio’s growth never comes at the cost of the personal attention that has always set it apart. Under her guidance, the studio has been recognised as the Most Promising Architecture and Interior Design Firm of the Year 2025.
